The interior and product design is led by Stockholm-based 'CLAESSON KOIVISTO RUNE.' Hotel K5 offers 20 rooms, including High Ceiling Junior Suites, K5 Rooms, and K5 Suites. The High Ceiling Junior Suites feature a 4.5-meter ceiling, separate living and sleeping areas, and standalone bathtubs. The K5 Suite includes a freestanding bathtub, a dining table for six, and a vinyl record player. The High Ceiling Studio has a custom-designed queen-size bed with integrated shelving and a desk. All rooms include air conditioning, soundproof walls, minibars, and private bathrooms with showers.
